Purpose of trip: Leisure trip
What would you highlight about Beautiful Casa Asana by Lockey
The stay was not horrible but it has to be a preference. We all still enjoyed it.
The property is set up as an outdoor hotel. Nice set up & good for traveling with several people. I was on a girls trip so I loved the individual rooms and spacing. The location was in an alley but not too far away from the nightlight and a taco stand. Another good thing is someone works the front desk 24hours and will always check with you before allowing your visitors in. It was definitely party friendly as well. Our neighbors were cool & partied all night!
The cons- Property is ran by several different people. Communication is not good we had to contact them several times to obtain information. No one reached out to us to welcome us with instructions upon arrival. Monica ended up being over the property while we were there which we never heard of her until we arrived. The property is not accommodating with supplies such as; towels, toilet paper, mop, broom etc. Pool was dirty & outdoor hot tub was not clean as well as didn’t get warm. I also think there should be a door to close off the different rentals. There is also a lot of cats walking freely through the property. The property should definitely work on keeping the cats off the property. Lastly there’s rocks throughout the entrance & property so it was a struggle pulling luggage thru the rocks.
